I am Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Tokyo. My main interests are in epistemology, philosophy of language and philosophical logic. In particular, my previous research has been on vagueness, gradable concepts, epistemic disagreement, conditionals, actuality and truth.

Furthermore, I am Research Associate of the Formal Epistemology Project (Groningen), Associate Fellow of the Northern Institute of Philosophy (Aberdeen) and External Researcher of the COGITO Research Project (Bologna), and Collaborator of the Rationality & Decision research network (which was founded in 2009). I am also member of the editorial panel of the new journal Thought which is launched by the Northern Institute of Philosophy.
